ZÜRICH, Switzerland and LOS ANGELES, California – Nov. 22, 2024 – FIFA and gaming technology studio Mythical Games have unveiled plans to release FIFA Rivals, a free-to-play mobile football arcade game designed to engage fans worldwide. The game, built on Mythical’s platform, will be available on iOS and Android devices and marks FIFA’s latest foray into expanding its gaming and esports portfolio.
FIFA Rivals will emphasize fast-paced arcade gameplay, enabling players to create and manage their own football clubs. Teams can be enhanced, leveled up, and pitted against others in real-time player-versus-player (PvP) matches. Additionally, the game will integrate the Mythos blockchain, allowing players to own, buy, sell, and trade football stars via in-game and web marketplaces.
